Tasha Ghouri has been defended by Strictly Come Dancing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman as they hit back at Craig Revel Horwood's 'safe' comment and 'low' score.

The Love Island star has consistently scored highly throughout the competition as she has performed dazzling routines alongside her professional dancer partner Aljaz Skorjanec.

The upbeat dance earned them an array of positive comments from the panel, but Craig Revel Horwood had a different view. "I thought it was a little bit safe I've got to be honest," he told Tasha and Aljaz as the audience booed. "I felt that it was just missing something tonight.
