Pete Wicks was left with his head in his hands after his dance partner Jowita Przystal gave him an update about Blackpool. The former TOWIE star has been sent through to the Blackpool Tower ballroom after being saved by the public this weekend.

Pete, 36, performed a couple's choice routine on Saturday (November 9) to The Best by Nicotine Dolls which was a touching tribute to his nan who has sadly passed away.

Ahead of his performance, the TV star admitted it had been a 'tough' week in rehearsals for him as he said he'd been 'crying more than dancing'.

The judges and viewers at home were emotional over Pete's performance due to the personal meaning behind the song choice, which was his nan's funeral song.
