Pete Wicks has admitted to 'crying more than dancing' during Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals this week as he shares an emotional meaning behind his song choice for the next live show.

The former TOWIE star and podcast host is set to perform a Couple's Choice alongside his professional dance partner Jowita Przystał during week 8 of the BBC dance contest.

But Pete, 36, has now shared that there is a personal touch to the song he will be performing to on Saturday night (November 9).

The star will be dancing to The Best by Nicotine Dolls, which he revealed was his nan's funeral song.
