The dancer and TV star previously told how she was 'questioning herself' over her fitness after welcoming her first child, a daughter, into the world last year with her husband Marius Lepure.
She shared over the summer how she hoped to get back into working out three to four times a week but admitted it's "hard" and left her wondering if her fitness will ever be back to where it once was. Taking to Instagram, the former Strictly Come Dancing star, who also battles with gestational diabetes, shared a video showing her progress, which started with struggling to close a pair of UK size 12 jeans after becoming a size 18 following her pregnancy.
