Katya Jones has said that knowing she and Wynne Evans' Strictly Come Dancing journey wasn't completely over when they left the competition 'kept them going'.
Opera singer Wynne and his professional dance partner Katya had to bounce back during the 2024 series when they headed to Blackpool for the hit dance show's annual special in the world-famous Tower Ballroom having found themselves saved from elimination the previous weekend after landing in the bottom two with Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu.
Their Blackpool appearance saw Wynne finish their Charleston routine by swinging his dance partner by her feet. But it wasn't enough to see them through and they lost their place in the BBC One dance contest at that time.
Wynne and Katya have seen been reunited for the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2025 tour which sees Wynne reunited with his fellow 2024 castmates - Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, actress Sarah Hadland, JLS singer JB Gill, EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick, The X Factor winner Shayne Ward and Gladiators star Montell Douglas.
