BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Katya Jones reveals Nigel Harman's late-night texts

Strictly Come Dancing star Nigel Harman and his professional partner Katya Jones were delighted to be put through to the iconic Blackpool week following last Saturday's performance, which landed them third in the leaderboard.The pair danced to Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars in an emotional couple's choice.

Their performance impressed the judges, as Anton Du Beke praised Nigel for his "leading man quality", which left the former EastEnders star beaming.

He explained: "Towards the weekend, I always wake up at about two in the morning, in the middle of the dance routine… always on a Friday night."And it’s (as) you know, we all wake up in the morning when we’re in our REM sleeps and… (after those) four hour-ish cycles, and it’s when that happens that I’m deep in the middle of a dance and I can’t get back to sleep for about half an hour."So basically, I lay there dancing through my dance a few times until my body goes, 'Okay.
