BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara 'fights tears' as Aljaz Skorjanec also recognises change

Janette Manrara was seemingly feeling emotional as she shared a sweet update on her daughter, while her husband Aljaz Skorjanec was also seen recognising a change in their little girl.

The family of three are splitting their time together as Aljaz takes part in Strictly Come Dancing's 2024 series after returning to the ballroom after a two-year hiatus.

He's been parterned with former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri in the BBC One dance contest and the pair have been impressing so early into the competition, topping the leaderboard three times in three weeks and most recently scoring the first 10s of the series. And it was while spending time with daughter Lyra Rose, one, this week that Janette was taken aback. Sharing picture on social media, the toddler could be seen inquisitively trying on her mum's shoes.
