Janette Manrara has been flooded with supportive comments after sharing how she wasn't feeling her best. It came after the former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer shared a post with her fans and followers which declared: "You're Human!" The post then said "It's ok to" before sharing different messages including "not to have everything together", "have tough days" and "felt ugly some days and cute other days".

While Janette didn't share the post with a caption, she later returned with a video in which she could be seen in her Cheshire home.

Dressed in her gym gear, the Strictly It Takes Two host could be seen getting zen with some yoga in her living room. "Woke up feeling a little ‘meh’ today," Janette admitted alongside the post shared with her 597,000 followers.
