The pair have had a busy week both in and out of rehearsals for the BBC One dance contest as they both took time out to hit the red carpet and attend the annual Pride of Britain Awards earlier this week.
But after their emotional yet uplifting evening at the event that celebrates the nation's unsung heroes, Gorka and Punam returned to training for their next performance in Strictly's famous ballroom. Anton Du Beke told Punam to "share" her "beautiful dancing", adding that she needs to "go strong" with her performance. On the other hand, Motsi Mabuse said she "loved the wedding vibe, it was romantic and vulnerable".
