The dancer has been hitting the headlines after finally speaking about his early exit from the BBC One dance contest last year.
Giovanni, who has been a professional on the show since 2015, was paired with Amanda Abbington during the 2023 series but she shared her decision to quit just weeks into the competition.
She pulled out of one of the live shows of the series, despite impressing with her moves, due to 'medical reasons'. But before she and her professional dance partner Giovanni Pernice were due to return for the contest's Halloween special, it was announced Amanda would be leaving the competition due to 'personal reasons'.
