Ellie Leach has told fans she 'misses' her Strictly Come Dancing co-star after she was seen being supported by her former Coronation Street castmates.

The actress is currently back performing on home turf in Cluedo 2 - The Next Chapter. Ellie, 23, made her stage debut earlier this year after joining the cast at the eleventh hour in the role of Miss Scarlett after Helen Flanagan had to withdraw from the role for medical reasons.

Sharing a picture from her dressing room on Tuesday evening (April 2) ahead of her first performance in front of a home crowd - including plenty of her former Corrie co-stars - the Strictly winner said: "Manchester let's go." But Ellie has since returned to social media and posting to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Ellie shared a mirror selfie with her morning snack and coffee, writing: "Almond croissant and vanilla oat latte for the win...our daily ritual, miss you [Vito]." It came after her Corrie pals headed out in force to see her in action at The Lowry, where she'll be performing in Cluedo 2 until Saturday (April 6).
