Dianne Buswell has shared an emotional 'first' before speaking out on her and Chris McCausland's Strictly Come Dancing future.

The pair have won the hearts of the nation during the time in the BBC One dance contest. And their stint in the 2024 run of the hit competition show is set to continue after it was confirmed the comedian and professional dancer had made it through to the semi-final.

During the latest live edition of the hit dance show on Saturday night (November 30), which was both the quarter-final and Strictly's Musicals Week special, saw the comedian and the professional dancer perform a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes, for which they earned 32 out of a possible 40 points. Following the show, Dianne took to Instagram with pictures of her and Chris in action on the dance floor over the weekend and said: "Thank you all so so so much for voting for us and for the wonderful support that we receive.
