Chris McCausland has revealed that he doesn't think Strictly Come Dancing is "really" a dancing competition. The comedian is set to take part in the show's semi-final this weekend with his professional dance partner Dianne Buswell.

The pair made it through to the penultimate week of the BBC One dance contest after their performance during the latest live show last Saturday night (November 30), during which they performed a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes.

Dianne was seen and heard screaming with delight at the end of the performance, which went on to see them receive a score of 32 out of a possible 40 points.
