Chris McCausland has been supported by fans as he joked about having a 'stern talking to' after his last Strictly Come Dancing performance.

During the latest live edition of the hit dance show on Saturday night (November 30), which was both the quarter-final and Strictly's Musicals Week special, saw the comedian and his professional dance partner perform a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes.

Dianne was seen and heard screaming with delight at the end of the performance, which went on to see them receive a score of 32 out of a possible 40 points. "The footwork at the end was not right as well, but you know what you bring to this?

It was then confirmed during Strictly's latest results show on Sunday (December 1) that Chris, who is Strictly's first-ever blind contestant, and his professional dance partner Dianne had made it through to the upcoming semi-final, which takes place this Saturday night (December 7).
