Chris McCausland has admitted to being 'overwhelmed' as he's been told to 'win' Strictly Come Dancing after he reacted to making it through to the penultimate week of the competition.

It was confirmed during Strictly's latest results show on Sunday (December 1) that Chris and his professional dance partner Dianne Buswell had made it through to the BBC One dance contest's upcoming semi-final.

During the latest live edition of the hit dance show on Saturday night (November 30), which was both the quarter-final and Strictly's Musicals Week special, saw the comedian and the professional dancer perform a quickstep to You’re The Top from Anything Goes. It was then during the latest results show that it was confirmed Chris and Dianne had made it through to Strictly's semi-final alongside fellow couples Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal, Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley and Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec.
