Amy, who is a professional dancer on the hit BBC One dance show, had a rollercoaster of a stint in the latest series having triumphantly returned to the programme back in September after missing the 2023 series having been diagnosed with breast cancer.
However, the dancer's return to the dancefloor during Strictly 2024 was cut short when she suffered an injury at the end of October.
The injury to her foot, which wasn't related to any other health concerns experienced previously, meant she couldn't continue in the 2024 run of the competition and was replaced by fellow pro Lauren Oakley.
