Strictly Come Dancing fans have said it's a 'travesty' as Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell to 'part ways' shortly after the final as their journey together comes to an end.

It was an emotional night for the pair on Saturday (December 14) as they returned to the ballroom for one last time before being announced as the winners of the BBC One dance contest's 2024 series.

Chris, who made history as Strictly's first blind winner, and Dianne beat Miranda actress Sarah Hadland and partner Vito Coppola, Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and dancer Aljaz Skorjanec and JLS singer JB Gill and partner Lauren Oakley to be crowned the 2024 series champions. Following their win, a video was shared to Strictly's social media channels as they got Chris and Dianne to react to their win straight after the live show came to an end.
