Strictly Come Dancing fans have already named one of their finalists, despite the new couples haven't not performed their first official routine yet.
The BBC One dance contest burst back onto screens on Saturday night (September 14) with its pre-recorded launch show. Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman returned to host the show and introduce the class of 2024 to the iconic ballroom for the first time.
They were joined by some very familiar faces - the Strictly judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motis Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood - who will be back to cast an expert eye over the array of routines set to come when the competition officially begins with the first live show next Saturday, September 21, on BBC1 and BBC iPlayer. During the launch show, it was revealed that former Love Island Tasha Ghouri has been paried with returning pro Aljaz Skorjanec, much to both of their delight.
