Some Strictly Come Dancing fans have already decided who should lift the Glitterball trophy this year thanks to one request.
The iconic theme tune is already ringing in our ears which means the BBC One dance contest is just around the corner. It was confirmed on Friday (August 30) that viewers haven't got to wait too long to see Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, the judges, the pro dancers and the string of new celebrity competitors back in the ballroom for the 2024 series.
The launch show will air on Saturday, September 14. It was confirmed when Strictly posted the first of its official countdown videos on social media.
It showed reality star and podcast host Pete Wicks holding up two paddles to reveal '15' for the camera.
