I really lost myself. I cried all the time. I mean, I cry a lot anyway, but I cried all the time. I just felt very weak. And going to the gym and getting myself strong has played a really, really big part in helping me be the person I am today.

The mother-of-four also mentioned in an April interview that she is on a quest to "bulletproof her life" with the intention of providing long-term support to her family, particularly after experiencing the loss of close friends and actively supporting her sister Frances, who faces complex health challenges due to cri du chat syndrome.
