The esteemed broadcaster was there alongside Matt Tebbutt to discuss his latest work, On Cricket, delving into his West Indian roots and love for the game.
Joining them in the studio was Scottish culinary expert Julie Lin, who set the day's tone by whipping up a scrumptious Malay-O-Fish burger with homemade chips.
Yet, while Italian cooking maestro Gennaro Contaldo showed no hesitation in sampling the fare, Sir Trevor seemed more intrigued by the wine selection, despite earlier expressing his fondness for food.
