BBC's Matt Baker opens up about 'upsetting' health issue affecting his life

ok.co.ukFormer Blue Peter and Countryfile presenter Matt Baker has opened up about a health issue that's been troubling him. The 46 year old admitted on the Mid Point podcast with Gabby Logan that he can no longer "able to bend forward" due to a back injury.
During the chat, Matt revealed to Gabby, who he occasionally worked with on The One Show, that he "slipped a disc" in his back while rehearsing for a pantomime.
When asked by Gabby if he was still able to do backflips, given his past as a gymnast, Matt replied: "No, I can't now. I've injured my back.
I can't tell you how upsetting it is as an ex-gymnast, not to be able to bend forward." He then joked about how discussing aches and pains is a part of midlife.
