EastEnders star Patsy Palmer returned to the show with a big smile, but behind the scenes, she's dealing with family heartache.

Her older brother is battling to overcome his addiction problems. Fans saw Patsy, 51, come back as the feisty Bianca Jackson on the soap.

Her brother Albert Harris, 56, was watching too, but he's about to start a different journey, says the Mirror.This month, he'll go to a detox centre for three weeks before spending three months at a treatment facility.

Albert has been fighting heroin addiction since he was 15. He's been clean for over a year now, but he wants to stop needing the methadone medicine that helps control his cravings.
