EastEnders' long-standing character Linda Carter, played by Kellie Bright, is set to leave the soap following a series of dramatic events.
Linda first appeared in Walford in 2013 and quickly became a beloved character as the head of the Carter family. She has since been involved in many significant storylines over the years, from her battle with alcoholism and her rocky relationship with Mick, played by Danny Dyer, which have kept viewers hooked.
Currently, she is caught up in the murder and subsequent cover-up of Keanu Taylor, played by Danny Walters. Fans will recall how Linda stabbed Keanu at Christmas when he attempted to strangle Sharon Watts, played by Letitia Dean.
