Hilary Devey CBE reportedly left no money in her will, despite accruing an estimated fortune of £80 million throughout her life.
The Dragon's Den star passed away in June 2022 at the age of 65 at her home in Morocco. The businesswoman had a stroke in 2009 which left her paralysed in one arm, and later became a patron of the Stroke Association and the vice president of Carers' Trust.The Mirror reports that despite her massive fortune, Hilary has only left material objects including jewellery to those closest to her.The Daily Mail reports that in Hilary's will, which she made in 2021, she left special material possessions to her close friends and family.
She left her famous diamond cross to her pal Audrey Mulligan and her personal effects to her son, publicist and lawyer who acted as trustees.
It's claimed that the three could distribute the items in the way Hilary had detailed in a letter to them, however, this will not be made public.
