But not only is he a famous face on our screens, he's also a father-of-three and married to Francesca Kasteliz - who he met at work in the 90s.
The couple first met while working as journalists at BBC Bristol in 1998. Like Jon, Francesca began her career as a trainee news reporter before transitioning to local TV and radio.
She climbed the ranks to become a TV and Radio News Correspondent for BBC National Network News in 1999, after she secured a position as an Assistant News Editor at BBC News, reports the Mirror.
