Bayer Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller has responded to talk of Chelsea launching a £75million bid for Kai Havertz. Chelsea are reportedly set to target Havertz in a second transfer raid on the Bundesliga, with the West London club also set to sign Timo Werner from RB Leipzig.
Havertz is regarded as one of the best young attacking midfielders in Europe, with the 20-year-old having attracted interest from Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
And he is bang in form, having scored five goals for Leverkusen since the return of the German top flight, although he was left out of the squad for Tuesday's 3-0 DFB Pokal win over Saarbruecken.
