Bay City Rollers fans flocked to share their heartbreak over "childhood legend" Les McKeown's sudden death today. The singer's family announced "with profound sadness" that Les had died aged 65 via the band's Facebook page earlier today.
They wrote in a message that Les had "died suddenly" at his home on Tuesday and that they were making arrangements for his funeral, welcoming fans to make a donation id they wished to do so.
Devastated fans rushed to share their sadness at the news of his death, with one writing: "So shocked to be reading this. Les was my childhood hero and have been so excited to have seen him so many times over the last few years.
