Barry Robson confirmed that it was his decision to send Aberdeen captain Anthony Stewart on-loan.The stand-in boss confirmed he had told the skipper he wasn’t going to play under him.
Stewart was sent out on-loan to MK Dons and Robson insisted he won’t be afraid to make big decisions while he is in the Pittodrie hot seat.Robson said: “It was a decision I made.
I didn’t think Anthony would feature in the team and I spoke to him openly and what a terrific man. I said if I was his age I wouldn’t want to sit on the bench.
I think he has qualities that would add to another team. I treated him the way I would have wanted to be treated as a player."I was one and honest and he got the opportunity to go to another club.
