Rangers legend Barry Ferguson has urged his old club to go out and spend in January as he expects "a lot of business" from Celtic.
The Parkhead club are in the midst of a rebuild under Ange Postecoglou and have been boosted by their Premier Sports Cup triumph on Sunday.
The manager is expected to return to the Japanese market after the success of Kyogo Furuhashi, who bagged both goals in the win over Hibs.
Ferguson's former club have been open about the need to make money via player trading, but Rangers are adamant no players will have to be sold in January.
