The BBC paid tribute to Dame Barbara Windsor on Friday night by airing her biopic Babs. Actress Barbara sadly died on Thursday, aged 83, following her Alzheimer's diagnosis in 2014.
And as the film - following the Carry On star's key events in her life - aired fans were left emotional as they reflected on the EastEnder's icon's story and her time on-screen.
Taking to Twitter to share their sadness at the loss of the British icon, one grieving fan typed: "Nah BBC 1 has got me all tearful about Dame Barbara Windsor.
