Bam Margera revealed this week that he has completed a one-year inpatient alcohol and drug rehab program in Florida.The 42-year-old Jackass star toldTMZhe will now undergo a couple of months of outpatient treatment while staying at a Boca Raton apartment near the rehab.His wife Nikki and their four-year-old son Phoenix are living with him in the apartment while Margera pursues his course of outpatient classes.
