Balaclava-clad gang launch 'targeted' attack at Scots home leaving man seriously injured

A balaclava-clad gang left a man seriously injured after forcing their way into his home during a 'targeted' attack.The four hooded yobs broke into the property in Bonhill, West Dunbartonshire, at around midnight on Saturday, March 16.Police say they then seriously assaulted a 38-year-old man at the Braehead property before stealing from him.The victim was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley and has since been discharged following treatment.A major probe has been launched to trace the suspects with officers appealing for witnesses to come forward.
