Liam Charles was just a young student at Goldsmiths University in London when he first graced our screens as a contestant on the eighth series of The Great British Bake Off in 2017.
Despite only coming fifth in the competition, his charisma and charm won over viewers across the UK. In 2018, Channel 4 recognised his popularity and invited him to host Bake Off: The Professionals.
His successful stint led to an invitation to judge Junior Bake Off alongside Prue Leith. Aside from his TV appearances, Liam has also penned two cookbooks - Cheeky Treats: 70 Brilliant Bakes and Cakes and Second Helpings.
In addition to his presenting roles, Liam also previously worked as a monthly food columnist for the Guardian after his time on the show.
