Great British Bake Off's judge Prue Leith has confessed that she's becoming 'more reckless' as she nears the end of her life.

In a candid chat with Bella magazine, the 84-year-old hinted at adopting a more carefree attitude in her twilight years, saying: "Because I'm so near the end, I'm a bit more reckless now.

What's the worst that can happen?" She revealed that she's starting to adopt a 'why not?' approach to things that seem like 'good fun', adding: "If I was about to try to get a job on Bake Off I probably wouldn't walk down a catwalk in Latex with goth make-up on, but now it's too late.

If I want to do it and it sounds like good fun I just think, 'why not?'" It was during London Fashion Week in September this year that Prue put her 'why not' attitude into action when she made her debut catwalk appearance.
