Every year, Bachelor Nation celebrates new couples as they become engaged on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, or Bachelor in Paradise, and now, with the addition of The Golden Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise, there’s been even more news.

Keep reading to find out more… Gerry Turner & Teresa Nist – Divorcing On Friday (April 12), the Golden Bachelor couple confirmed that they were calling it quits and explained what was behind their decision.

During an interview on Good Morning America, Gerry and Theresa explained that they decided to divorce after “a number of heart-to-heart conversations.” “We’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation, so forth and — and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion mutually that it’s probably time for us to — dissolve our marriage,” Gerry said, confirming that they were filing for divorce.

While they decided to separate, the couple stressed that there was still a lot of love between them. Theresa also said that it had nothing to do with reports about Gerry‘s previous relationships.
