BABYMETAL announce new album ‘Metal Forth’ with Poppy, Spiritbox and more

BABYMETAL have shared details of their new album ‘Metal Forth’, which will feature appearances from Poppy, Spiritbox and others.The Japanese kawaii metal band will release the follow-up to 2023’s ‘The Other One’ on June 13 via Capitol Records, and they have confirmed it will include the 2024 hit single ‘Ratatata’, featuring Electric Callboy.

You can pre-order/pre-save the album here.The 10-track record will also be previewed with its latest single ‘From Me To U’ on Friday (April 4), a song that will see the band joined by the genre-fluid artist Poppy.

Other guests set to feature on the album are Spiritbox, Tom Morello, Bloodywood, Polyphia and Slaughter To Prevail.BABYMETAL are celebrating their 15th anniversary as a band this year and on Tuesday (April 1) they will release their ‘Legend Map’, which will unveil their full plans for 2025, including the album and their upcoming tours.They are set to play a 12-date European tour in May, kicking off in Brussels’ Forest National on May 10.

The run will conclude with a huge show at London’s O2 on May 30. Poppy will be joining them on the tour, as will Bambie Thug.
