An Ayrshire Paralympian has cooked his way to the grand final of Next Level Chef. Callum Deboys, from Prestwick, impressed judges in the intense penultimate round of the show to reach the last three.
The 26-year-old has been rolling back the years to his days as a professional chef after competing in an epic 50ft three storey kitchen.
His stint working in top kitchens was tragically cut short when he had to have his leg amputated following a horrific motorcycle crash in 2015 aged just 19.
But he's shown his skills have never left him, cooking all the way to the final of the show hosted by Gordon Ramsay, who co-judges with Michelin star chef Paul Ainsworth and top US chef Nyesha Arrington. Now he is just one cook-off away from being crowned the winner and earning himself a top prize of £100,000.
