She was in great distress.“On my arrival Rebecca was exerting great effort to maintain her breathing. Her breathing was noisy and she was extremely pale.
Her eyes were wide open and she looked absolutely petrified.“I took her to the GP and they immediately arranged for her to go to hospital.“She had pneumonia and could very likely have died.
The school failed to ensure the health and safety of Rebecca so far as was reasonably practicable.”Thankfully, Rebecca is now recovering, but she no longer attends Hillside School.Doting mum Elaine is
