Ayr's popular Holy Fair makes welcome return as 30-year showpiece set to be 'best yet'

Ayr’s hugely popular Holy Fair makes a spectacular return this weekend with two days worth of fun for all the family.Thousands of people are set to descend upon the town’s Low Green on Saturday for the annual Holy Fair with Armed Forces and Pipes in the Park – saying a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to our troops for their efforts on behalf of the nation.The free event has not run since 2019 due to the Covid pandemic.But at 11.45am tomorrow, the official flag raising ceremony will signal the start of the celebrations once more.
