Southport killer Axel Rudakubana refused to leave his cell as a judge today corrected his sentence for the murders of Bebe King, Elsie Dot Stancombe and Alice Da Silva Aguiar.
Aged 17, Rudakubana ordered a taxi to the Hart Space in Southport on July 29, 2024, and stabbed the three little girls who were attending a Taylor Swift-themed dance class.
Absent from the dock, Rudakubana was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 52 years last month over the mass stabbing of 11 children and one adult following two "cowardly" courtroom disruptions.
However, his case was relisted before Liverpool Crown Court this morning, Tuesday, due to an error in the sentence passed by High Court judge Mr Justice Goose.
