An award-winning distillery has come up with a first in bottle top design.Crafty Distillery near Newton Stewart has created a stopper that is also a reusable drinks measure for their Hills and Harbour gin.The bottle has also been redesigned with the shortening and widening of the neck allowing it to be upcycled in a variety of ways including a water carafe, flower vase or soap dispenser.And the weight of the glass has been reduced by nearly a third meaning less energy is used to create and ship the bottle.Owner and founder of Crafty Distillery Graham Taylor said: “Fans of our gin have always commented on the amazing taste and the beauty of our existing bottle so we had to be very careful to retain key elements of the design whilst getting
