Since the World Health Organisation has recently escalated the international Coronavirus as a pandemic, world leaders have been tightening borders and strengthening isolation regulations for those who have contracted the disease.
Following the announcement, Scott Morrison recently made a statement installing a public health order for Australians with the virus to self-isolate for 14 days at home to minimise the virus spreading to others.
While the instruction is voluntary at this stage, those who breach the rule and infect others could be faced with huge penalties, including multi-thousand-dollar fines and jail time.
