We already know the series began airing on HBO Max on July 8 in the States but Irish fans were left on tenterhooks waiting for a release date this side of the water.
The BBC has swooped in at the last minute to acquire the rights to the upcoming reboot as well as the original series which aired from 2007 to 2012.
Yep, fans this side of the water will be able to binge-watch the drama of Serena, Blair and the rest of the gang but quietly began airing it earlier in August.
