a teenager was chased into a shop and stabbed in Levenshulme.The shocking attack happened at Madina Super Store on Stockport Road on Tuesday evening.Emergency services were called to the scene at around 6.10pm and found a 19-year-old man with stab injuries.He was taken to hospital to be treated for stab wounds to the back.
He has since been discharged.Greater Manchester Police launched an investigation and are treating the incident as attempted murder.Detectives say the teenage victim was chased into the store by a man wielding a knife.When the attacker caught up with him in the shop, he was stabbed repeatedly before the man fled.Witnesses told the M.E.N they believed the attacker had arrived in the area in a car.Blood was left splattered.
