He broke his back in a horror electric bike accident that has left him unable to walk properly. Ashley first found fame when he appeared on Britain's Got Talent with Diversity in 2009.
The group won the show, beating Susan Boyle to the top spot. New dad Ashley posted a photo in his new judge's chair holding his adorable five month old son, Micah Grace.
