Antonio saw his best effort kept out by Bernd Leno after aiming his header too close to the Gunners stopper following Aaron Cresswell's deflected cross.
Lukas Fabianski was also called into action at the other end to keep out Eddie Nketiah after Bukayo Saka skipped past several defenders on a mazy run.
