A man has been arrested after a young woman was allegedly assaulted in the early hours of the morning at a Glasgow park. The 21-year-old had been walking on Kelvin Way when the alleged attack took place at around 3.55am on Saturday, December 18.
She was said to have been left with minor injuries. Cops have now confirmed a 59-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is expected to appear in court on Monday, December 20. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a 59-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the assault of a woman, which took place on Kelvin Way in the early hours of Saturday, 18 December."The man is expected to appear in court today."Did you know you
