Armie Hammer is opening up about cancel culture and his alleged bad behavior with women that got him on the receiving end of backlash.
The 38-year-old actor owned up to his poor treatment of women while giving an interview on The Louis Theroux Podcast, but he says his actions were “not illegal.” Armie also addressed the cannibalism allegations, talked about his leaked text messages, and explained why his cancellation was the best thing that could ever happen to him. “I’m very quick to admit that I was selfish, and inconsiderate, and an a–hole, and a cad, and I used people to make me feel better,” Armie began. Keep reading to find out more… “People were sort of like my bags of dope with skin on them,” Armie continued. “You make me feel amazing, so I’m going to throw everything into this, and we’re going to have this whirlwind romance, and I’m going to whisk you up, and we’re going to go on trips, and we’re going to do all this, and then I’m going to bring you home and I’m going to go, ‘Thanks so much, that was great,’ and then I’m going to move on.” Armie said that he would “love bomb” women and then break up with them and quickly move on with someone else. “I would go do something almost exactly the same with someone else,” Armie said. “And I left a lot of people in that wake very angry at me for my behavior, which, by the way, I’m not angry.
