Police have locked down a street in Fife amid an ongoing incident. Armed officers are currently in attendance at Mina Crescent in the small village of Kinglassie near Glenrothes this morning.

Police say they were called after a man barricaded himself in a house.In a video clip, which has been sent to the Record, armed police appear to be aiming weapons at a property on the road.A burnt out car can also be seen on the street behind them..At least half a dozen police vehicles can be seen parked on the road.In another picture taken by a worried local, fire crews can be seen in attendance.The resident posted on Facebook: "Police have Kinglassie blocked off.
